Firstly I would like to say I am not a teacher or in school management but I am a parent and a grandparent and our view should be very valid when it comes to teaching our offsprings on a daily basis, without whom you would not have a teaching position at all. I have just read your article on bullying from a headmaster. I would first of all like to ask how this situation was escalated when the senior member of staff was the one who seemed to be causing the bullying, I am interested in knowing how a teacher can be proven to be bullying children, when it is so apparent by the parents but not by the school. Please advise.
i look forward to your comments

The teachers were not bullying children. The headteacher was accused of bullying the teachers.
